You can consume tofu, soups with pieces of meat and vegetables, roasted or chicken stew, and broiled fish. 
  • Rice, Bread, or Pasta - if you love to eat rice, bread, or pasta, make sure you use soft loaves of bread, muffins, pancakes, waffles, boiled rice, macaroni, spaghetti, oatmeal and more.
